WARRANTY POLICY

At Carbon Peak Outdoors, we build products that are meant to be used hard and trusted in the field. That’s why we stand behind everything we make with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If any Carbon Peak Outdoors product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you—at our discretion. This warranty covers the original purchaser and applies only to products used as intended.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects

• Failures in materials (carbon fiber, hardware, magnets, etc.)

• Workmanship-related issues

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)

• Damage from misuse, improper installation, or modification

• Cosmetic blemishes or minor surface irregularities that don’t affect function

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at Alex@CarbonPeakOutdoors.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We’ll get back to you quickly with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Not exactly what you needed? No problem.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must include original packaging and accessories (such as paracord and hardware) to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Policy Summary:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Refunds issued to the original payment method

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
