WARRANTY POLICY

Carbon Peak Outdoors builds products to be used in the field, and we stand behind what we make. Our products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect, Carbon Peak Outdoors will repair it, replace it, or issue a refund at our discretion.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects

• Defects in materials or hardware

• Workmanship-related failures

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, staining, or finish wear

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

• Damage caused by excessive heat, flame, or other conditions beyond the product’s intended use

• Cosmetic blemishes or surface irregularities that do not affect function

• Lost components or products

To start a warranty claim, contact Alex@CarbonPeakOutdoors.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible. We’ll review it and get back to you with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Not exactly what you needed? No problem.

Unused products in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Returns must include the original components and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped
